Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring (such as vinyl composition, vinyl, and linoleum) as well as properly sealed hard surfaces, including marble and terrazzo.

RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:
Remove all old wax, finish, and soil from the floor following the stripping procedure outlined on the stripper's label. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and residue-free before applying the finish. Rinse with clean water if needed. Apply the finish in thin, uniform coats using a clean synthetic mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry completely, usually within 20-30 minutes. Note that higher temperatures and humidity may increase drying time. It is recommended to apply 4-5 coats of finish. Note: This product is self-sealing, but for older, worn, or porous tiles, applying 1-2 coats of a sealer first will enhance both gloss and long-term performance.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:
Sweep up large debris and dust mop using a water-based treatment. Damp mop or use an automatic scrubber with a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as needed. Using a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the period between top scrubbing and recoating.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE:
Sweep away large debris and dust mop with a water-based treatment. Perform a top scrub using a suitable cleaner and recommended floor pad to remove the top layer of soiled finish. Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free of residue before applying the finish. Apply 1-2 coats of finish as per the instructions above.

Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds ASTM D 2047-04 standards, with a minimum James Machine value of 0.5.
