Super Finish II Multi-Surface Floor Finish – 5 Gal. Pail
Renown Super Finish II is a high-solids floor finish that quickly builds a glossy shine with minimal coats.

Size: 5-gallon pail
Applies easily, levels smoothly, and dries to a brilliant, glossy finish
Offers exceptional resistance to heel marks, scuffs, and frequent scrubbing with detergents, outperforming conventional finishes
Maximizes labor efficiency by achieving high gloss quickly with fewer coats
Requires 20 to 30 minutes of drying time between applying 2-3 coats
Flexible maintenance: extended stripping and recoating cycles reduce the need for costly procedures
Suitable for various methods, including spray buffing, top coating, or scrub and recoat
Recommended for all types of resilient and non-resilient flooring, such as vinyl composition, rubber, asphalt, quarry, terrazzo, and sealed wood floors

Directions:

Preparation: If stripping is needed, use a high-quality stripper and follow the instructions provided. If the floor is in good condition and stripping is not required, sweep away excess dirt and dust, then clean the surface with a quality cleaner to remove dirt and oils. Rinse thoroughly and allow the floor to dry completely.

Finishing: Apply 2 to 3 generous coats of finish using a clean mop. Allow at least 45 minutes of drying time between each coat. Apply additional coats as needed to achieve the desired gloss.

Burnishing: Thoroughly dust mop or sweep the floor. Clean the surface with a neutral floor cleaner diluted as directed. Burnish using the appropriate pads.

Restoration: Dust mop or sweep thoroughly. Dilute the restorer according to the manufacturer's instructions and apply it to the floor with a clean mop or autoscrubber. Allow it to dry to a haze, then buff out using any type of UHS equipment, including propane, battery, or cord electric.

Recoating: Dust mop or sweep the floor thoroughly. Deep scrub using a neutral floor cleaner diluted as directed. Apply 1 or 2 generous coats of finish using a clean mop.
