Pro Strip™ ULTRA is a high-performance, fast-acting stripper specifically designed to remove even the toughest finishes and sealers with fewer passes.

Applications:

• Ideal for removing floor finishes from VCT, terrazzo, and concrete floors.
• Not suitable for wood, linoleum, rubber, marble, painted surfaces, or surface-colored and acid-dyed concrete floors, as the product may cause damage.
• Always test on asphalt floors for softening or color bleeding before using.

Instructions for Use:

1. Personal Safety: Wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
2. Dilution:
   • For light build-up: Dilute 1:8 to 1:10 (16-13 fl. oz./gal.) with cool water.
   • For heavy build-up: Dilute 1:6 (24 fl. oz./gal.) with cool water.
   • For heavy concrete sealer build-up: Dilute 1:4 (32 fl. oz./gal.) with cool water.
3. Preparation: Block off areas to be stripped, as the floors will be extremely slippery.
4. Application: Apply the solution liberally and evenly using a mop, starting with edges to allow longer soaking time. Wipe any splashes with a damp rag.
5. Soak Time: Allow the solution to sit for 10-15 minutes. Agitate with a mop as needed. Do not allow the solution to dry on the floor.
6. Scrubbing: Use a hand or machine scrubber with appropriate stripper pads or brushes.
7. Solution Removal: Remove all solution using a mop, wet vacuum, or automatic scrubber.
8. Rinsing: Mop up any residue left behind by vacuums or scrubbers, then thoroughly rinse the floor with clean water.
9. Drying: Ensure the floor is completely dry before applying the recommended Diversey brand sealer or finish.
