Betco Hybrid® Floor Finish

Directions for Use

This product is recommended for all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces.

Restorative Maintenance:
Completely strip away old wax, finish, and soil by following the stripping instructions on the Betco stripper label. Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free of any residue before applying the new finish. Rinse with clean water if needed. Apply the finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic mop, microfiber mop, or applicator system. Allow each coat to fully dry (about 20-30 minutes) before applying the next. Dry times may increase with higher temperatures, thicker coats, or humidity. A minimum of four coats is recommended. Note: While this product is self-sealing, applying 1-2 coats of Betco sealer to old, worn, or porous tiles will improve gloss and long-term performance.

Routine Maintenance:
Sweep away large debris and dust mop the area. Damp mop or use an automatic scrubber with a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as needed to maintain gloss. To extend the time between top scrubbing and recoating, use Betco One Step High-Speed Cleaner/Restorer.

Interim Maintenance:
Sweep large debris and dust mop. Top scrub the floor using Daily Scrub SC and a maroon pad (or equivalent) to remove the top soiled layers of the finish. Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free of residue before reapplying finish. Apply 1-2 coats of finish as per the earlier instructions.

Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds the ASTM D 2047-11 standard with a James Machine 0.5 minimum.
