Betco Untouchable® Floor Finish with SRT™

Directions for Use
Suitable for all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces.

RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:
Completely remove old wax, finish, and soil from the floor using the stripping procedure outlined on the Betco® stripper label. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of residue before applying the finish. Rinse with clean water if needed. Apply the finish in thin, even coats using a clean synthetic mop, microfiber mop, or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly, usually 20-30 minutes. Higher temperatures, heavy coats, and humidity may extend drying time. A minimum of 4 coats is recommended. Note: This product is self-sealing, but if the tile is old, worn, or porous, applying 1-2 coats of Betco sealer first will enhance gloss and long-term performance.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:
Sweep up large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or use an automatic scrubber with a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish as needed to enhance the gloss. Use Betco® One Step High-Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the interval between top scrubbing and recoating.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE:
Sweep away large debris and dust mop. Top scrub using Daily Scrub SC and a maroon pad to remove the soiled top layers of finish. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free of residue before reapplying the finish. Apply 1-2 coats of finish following the instructions above.

Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds ASTM D 2047-11 standards, with a minimum James Machine value of 0.5.
