RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:
Completely strip away old wax, finish, and soil from the floor using the instructions provided on the Betco® stripper label. Ensure the floor is clean, dry, and free of any residue before applying the finish. Rinse with clean water if needed. Apply the finish in thin, uniform coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop, or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry completely before adding more, typically within 20-30 minutes. High temperatures, thick coats, and humidity may increase drying time. It is recommended to apply at least 4 coats of finish. Note: This product is self-sealing; however, for older, worn, or porous tiles, applying 1-2 coats of a Betco sealer first will enhance gloss and improve long-term performance.

ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:
Sweep away large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or use an automatic scrubber with a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as needed to restore its shine. Use Betco® One Step High-Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the interval between top scrubbing and recoating.

INTERIM MAINTENANCE:
Sweep up large debris and dust mop the floor. Perform a top scrub using Daily Scrub SC and a maroon pad (or equivalent) to remove the top layer of soiled finish. Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and residue-free before applying the finish. Apply 1-2 coats of finish following the application instructions above.

Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds the ASTM D 2047-11 standard, with a minimum James Machine value of 0.5.
