Directions for Use:

This floor stripper is recommended for removing multiple coats of water-based acrylic and urethane-fortified finishes from resilient tile and hard surfaces. It is not recommended for use on linoleum or sheet vinyl floors. Always pre-test in a small, inconspicuous area, as bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile, or asphalt tile.

1. Preparation: Sweep or dust mop the floors to remove any large debris.
2. Dilution:
   • For light to medium stripping, dilute 10 oz./gal. (1:12) with cold water.
   • For heavy stripping, dilute 25 oz./gal. (1:5) with cold water.
3. Application: Liberally apply the solution to the floor surface. Allow 3-5 minutes of contact time, ensuring the surface stays wet during this period.
4. Agitation: Use a low-speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber, or stripping machine to agitate the floor.
5. Removal: Pick up the solution using a wet vacuum, automatic scrubber, or mop and bucket. Thoroughly rinse the floor to remove any residue.
6. Drying: Let the floor dry completely before applying a new finish or sealer. No flood rinsing is required if the surface appears free of dust and residue.

This process ensures effective removal of multiple coats of finish, leaving the floor ready for refinishing or sealing.
